The short version

The document you process with a Pdf2Go tool is read and transformed inside your own browser. Its bytes are not sent to us, not stored, and not visible to anyone but you. Closing the tab removes it from memory.

Information we do not collect

• The contents, filenames or metadata of documents you process.
• Accounts, passwords or payment details — there is no signup.
• Any data that could identify the documents you work on.

Information that may be collected

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, browser user agent, requested page, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. If privacy-respecting analytics are enabled, they record aggregate page views without cross-site tracking.

Cookies and advertising

Pdf2Go uses a small number of functional cookies or local storage entries, such as your light/dark theme choice and your cookie consent decision. Advertising, where enabled, may set additional cookies operated by the ad provider. Details and controls are in the cookie policy.

Third parties

Because processing happens locally, no document processor, storage vendor or subcontractor receives your files. Third parties are limited to the hosting provider, and any analytics or advertising provider described above.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data. Since we do not hold document data or accounts, most requests concern server logs. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond.

Children

Pdf2Go is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated date above will change and a notice will appear on the homepage.
